These are pix 4 days after the ice covered the area.  Things are slowly thawing, but Mother Nature hasn’t been forth-coming with temperatures above freezing.  It’s expected that when things do begin to really melt, there could be sporadic power, cablevision and phone outages as lines snap back into place, or as some get hit by trees that bounce back into their former positions when the ice finally gives up it’s grip.
